由陳國邦擔任嘉賓主持，與韓國演員趙宇鎮展開一場關於表演與角色的交流。
趙宇鎮接到《鬼怪》劇本時不知道金秘書一角的背景性格，直到後來要跳男團舞才漸掌握角色；陳國邦亦一同分享「演員與角色一同成長」的過程。
談到完成角色後如何抽離，趙宇鎮坦言並不容易，但他意識到表演從來不是一個人的事，對手與劇組其實就是第一批觀眾，團隊合作下反而更容易從角色中走出來。他笑言有些演員會在完成角色後獨處幾個小時刻意抽離，但自己反而會如常與人聊天，以放鬆的方式面對；陳國邦亦分享多年前第一次演舞台劇角色需要「跳樓」，長時間沉浸下有天突然情緒崩潰，趙宇鎮幽默回應：「你住幾多樓？」，引得觀眾發笑。
最後被問到若兩位有機會合作，兩人亦即興構想故事。趙宇鎮提到王家衛《春光乍洩》中的士上的孤獨一幕，笑問：「到時會是你還是我挨着對方的膊頭？」得知對方也有女兒時二人擊拳互動，陳國邦亦貼心為趙宇鎮遞水，令趙宇鎮笑言：「我還以為前輩要打功夫。」台下隨即傳來一陣笑聲，兩人不時有趣互動，火花十足。

JO shared that when he first received the script for Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, he had little understanding of his character, Secretary Kim. It was only when he found himself having to perform boy group dance moves that he gradually grasped the role. CHAN also shared his experience about “growing alongside” their characters.
When asked how they detach from a role, JO believed that acting is never a solitary process, scene partners and crew are the first audience, and being part of a team makes it easier to step out. While some actors deliberately withdraw after portraying emotionally demanding characters, JO prefers to stay engaged in everyday interactions as a way to unwind. CHAN recalled his early-stage work, performing a character who had to “jump off a building” took an emotional toll, leading to a sudden breakdown. JO responded with a lighthearted, “What floor did you live on?”, drawing laughter from the audience.
Asked about possible collaboration, the two playfully imagined a story together. JO referenced a scene from Wong Kar-wai’s Happy Together, recalling the scene in the taxi, and joked, “Would it be you or me leaning on the other’s shoulder?” Discovering they are both fathers, they exchanged friendly fist bumps, and when CHAN thoughtfully handed JO a bottle of water, JO quipped, “I thought you were about to show me some kung fu,” sparking another round of laughter.
